Important Terms and Conditions of Sale Regarding This Merchandise. Your Purchase is Your Acceptance to These Terms and Conditions.

Descriptions: All items are described under generally accepted standards for grade, content, quality, enhancements, weight, size, color, clarity and other descriptions pertaining to a item or class of goods. In some cases where grading is conducted on mounted gems, we will be expressing our best professional judgment on the gem as mounted.  Grading variances between our opinion and that of an advisor obtained by buyer that differs from our claim by one grade will not be considered a material variance in considering mis representation. In the case of estate items we will offer our best judgment as to condition, wear, damage and serviceability, however we do not make any warrantee or guarantee as a result of rendering such opinion. All Estate items and used watches are sold "As Is" unless stated differently in the auction details. 

Appraisals: We provide with all jewelry purchases a written invoice showing a complete description of  the item including all grading representations, which should be suitable for use in obtaining insurance. We will provide an appraisal without additional charge for any single item purchased for over $2,000.00 USD.   In all cases, buyer must state the reason the appraisal is required and under no circumstances will we issue an appraisal on post shipment condition when the item is no longer in our possession. 

Limits of Liability of Use & Disputes: From the time any shipment passes into the hands of the buyer, the item becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer. Seller accepts no liability for suitability of use, theft, total or partial loss, damage to or from use of the item purchased.  Seller makes no representation or warrantee that the item purchased will be suitable for  any use or purpose beyond that stated in the auction details.  It is specifically agreed between the buyer and seller that any liability that maybe assigned the seller by a court of competent jurisdiction  as a result of this transaction shall be limited totally to the purchase price paid.  The sale is F.O.B.  Broward County, Florida.  Any dispute resolution will occur in Broward County, Florida and will be determined under the laws of the State of Florida.
